The limited range of early electric vehicles was one of the most talked about topics in mainstream media causing, what is often referred to as range anxiety. This was a valid concern since the early EVs topped out at about 120 km per full charge. Although most people don’t travel this much on any day, this issue did deter a lot of potential buyers.
But lately, due to advancing technology most electric vehicles have doubled this statistic with some like Tesla’s latest capable of travelling more than 400 Km on a single charge. This along with the budding network of charging stations has alleviated the range anxiety issues faced by the industry.
